Welding tables light up education! Students from different levels work with the welding tables at ROC Nijmegen. They are allowed to think up and create their own projects in the metal workshop. The welding tables are used in the degree programmes Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Construction, and partially in Electronics. They use the welding tables to build frames for ventilation units, lifts, robots, soapboxes and midibikes, amongst others. Sam has noticed the students are excited as well. \u201cThey all try to book a slot for working with the welding table whenever one opens up.
