Welding Table Shop Platform:

Equipped with a spindle M20x100:

• Minimum height : 200 mm.
• Maximum height : 275 mm.

Equipped with wheels we can and minimum height of about 350 mm

standard size :

• 2000x1000x150
• 2400x1200x150
• 3000x1500x150

Available with Ø16, Ø20 and Ø28 mm holes.

The ideal solution for example:

• a fixed robot setup that you can’t drill into the concrete
• Floor on which to clamp and position larger products
• 3D printers to mount on, or clamp products for 3D printing

We also use these platforms ourselves for our robotic setup that we use to post-clear gaps in welding tables. We preferred not to drill into the floor because of the underfloor heating, but we did want a solid and firm base for the robot. + that we can now position our products very easily in the same place. For example, you can also move the platform again if necessary and then immediately resume production without damage to the (for example) concrete floor.

a customer of ours uses the mobile platform to drive it under his 3D printer, and another customer uses these platforms to position parts for airplanes before they go into the plane. So you see the possibilities are endless for these platforms.
